Our vehicles can be rented for at least 24 hours per day and 20 days per month.
- If your delivery or pick-up time is at the branch closing time, you must deliver or return the vehicle at that time. Up to 2 hours delay option is not valid for rentals with delivery or return time at the branch closing time.
Please return the vehicle with the fuel level you have received. In case the vehicle is delivered with missing fuel, a service fee of 30% of the missing fuel price will be added to the missing fuel price.
When you want to return your car to a different branch from the one you rented, "One Way" fee will be applied.
One Way fee is also applied when you return your car to a different branch within the same city.
Our delivery to the address and pick-up service varies according to the availability of our branches. For all details, you can contact our branch you want to rent.
Our vehicle assurances vary according to campaigns and prices. Assurance details are specified in your contract and delivery form. For information about the fees and limits of additional assurances you may need, you can consult our reservation centre or the branch where you will rent. Detailed information about our assurances and assurance packages we offer are as follows.
The payment of all kinds of traffic fines (including the use of incorrect toll booths on bridges and motorways) and the service fee that will arise as a result of non-compliance with traffic rules will be made from the credit card of the tenant named in the contract.

In case the daily limit exceeds the monthly limit, the total amount of kilometres used cannot exceed the monthly limit of the relevant vehicle group regardless of the contract day. Additional mileage packages can be purchased from the additional services page.

The vehicle rental fee, additional product and service fees and the guarantee amount are collected in advance from a single credit card belonging to the lessee at the beginning of the lease. At the end of the rental, the credit card is charged or refunded according to the fee difference that may occur. The tenant must be present in person at our branch and no additional driver or credit card belonging to a different person is accepted.
Collateral Fee:
Apart from the vehicle rental fee, the collateral amounts determined according to the vehicle groups and varying between 1,000 TL and 4,000 TL are collected from the tenant's personal credit card at the beginning of the rental. These collateral amounts are fully refunded within 7 days at the latest if the vehicle is taken back as it was delivered to you.

Early Return of Rental:
After the start of the rental, if the vehicle is returned before the reservation dates, the price is recalculated according to the number of days the vehicle will be used. If there is an amount less than the amount charged, the difference is refunded. If there is a fee more than the amount charged, no extra charge is made.
Rental Extension:
After the start of the rental, if there is a request to rent the vehicle for a longer period than the reservation dates, the additional fee that will occur after the price is recalculated by the system is charged from the credit card presented at the beginning of the rental.
No-Show Application:
If the vehicle is not picked up at the pick-up time specified in the reservation, the vehicle will be in No-show status after 2 hours and no vehicle from any group will be guaranteed. Your reservation in no-show status will be cancelled at the end of 4 hours.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours before the reservation time on the date of the reservation and in such a case, you will not be charged any fee. If you have made your reservation less than 24 hours before the rental start time, no fee will be deducted if you cancel within the first 1 hour after completing your reservation registration.
If you want to cancel your reservation other than the above conditions, only 1 day's car rental fee will be charged to you.

Important Warnings
- All rental fees are collected from the tenant's personal credit card. Bank card, virtual card, debit card is not valid.
- In the event of any damage, in order for your insurance to be valid, you must notify the emergency hotline and notify the Traffic Police or Traffic Gendarmerie teams without moving your vehicle from the accident scene and obtain an "Alcohol Report with Police Report". In traffic accidents with material damage, if the persons involved in the accident agree on the way the accident occurred, a "Material Damage Accident Report" can also be issued.
- In case the vehicle is stolen, the police should be called and a "Theft Detection Report" should be obtained. Together with the report received, the key of the vehicle must be delivered to us.
- In case of an accident with your vehicle, theft of the vehicle, breakdown, tyre puncture and in case you need any kind of emergency assistance, you can call our "Emergency Assistance" hotline number 0507 848 08 08, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all over Turkey.
- Travelling Abroad: None of our insurances are valid outside the borders of Turkey and it is forbidden to take our vehicles outside the borders of Turkey. Please check the delivery form and your contract.
- Your car rental reservation is confirmed to the vehicle group and no brand and/or model guarantee is given.
- The renter accepts and undertakes to pay all damages and losses, including all kinds of mechanical and electrical damages, arising due to usage error and/or carelessness, imprudence, etc. (including, but not limited to, transmission failure due to incorrect gear shifting, damages caused by continuing to use the vehicle even though the warning light is on, damages caused by hitting the bottom of the vehicle, damage to parts such as tyres and rims, fuel-related malfunctions and damages, etc.) in the vehicle received in good condition. All damages and losses, including mechanical and electrical, are not covered by motor insurance and assurances.
- Winter tyre option is offered as an additional product and is a paid service. Winter tyres vary according to region and branch and are limited to stocks. You need to contact the branch you will rent and confirm the stock.
- In order for your reservation for all groups to be finalised and you can pick up your vehicle, your financial analysis* must meet the DESTEGG rental criteria. The total limit and debt information of your credit, credit card and overdraft account and similar products in all banks, the information that your credit products are open/closed and the past payment performance of your credit products can be evaluated without considering your Findeks score.
